Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets or accessing any part of the daddywin platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use after any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Registration and Account Management

Each user is required to register with true, complete and up-to-date personal information. daddywin reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of the identity card (MyKad) or other supporting documents to meet the platform's compliance requirements.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited.
• The username and password are the exclusive responsibility of the account holder. Do not share your login information with anyone.
• Users must update their account information if any changes occur, particularly email details and mobile phone numbers.
• daddywin reserves the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or violations of these terms.
• Account closure upon a user's request can be done through customer support. Valid balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

daddywin supports a range of verified Malaysian local payment methods. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same account holder's name. daddywin does not accept third-party payments.
• daddywin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving any withdrawal.

Any attempt to transfer or process funds through a third-party account, or to use a card or account that does not belong to the user, will be considered a serious violation and the relevant account will be suspended immediately.

Bonus and Promotion Policy

All bonuses offered by daddywin are subject to the wagering requirements and validity period stated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the specified wagering requirements.

daddywin Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 — the account balance becomes RM220 and the total wagering that must be completed is RM1,800. For a deposit of RM1,600, a bonus of RM888 is given — the account balance becomes RM2,488 and the wagering that must be completed is RM13,320.

• Bonuses are only valid for one account per individual, IP address, device or household.
• daddywin reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of misuse or fraud.
• Bonus terms and offers may be changed at any time without prior notice.
• Users who suspect an error in the bonus amount credited should contact customer support within 24 hours.

Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the daddywin platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, lottery and instant games — operate according to the rules set by their respective software providers and are overseen by the platform's international licensing.

• Confirmed game results are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical interruption during an active game session will be handled in accordance with the policy of the relevant game provider.
• The use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors or platform faults may be voided and funds returned at daddywin's discretion.
• daddywin reserves the right to limit or restrict access to any game for specific accounts based on internal risk considerations.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

daddywin users are expected to act honestly, responsibly and with respect for the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without notice:

• Owning or operating more than one registered account.
• Colluding with other users to exploit platform bonuses or promotions.
• Using software or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Spreading false information or misusing the customer support system.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information without authorisation.

daddywin reserves the right to disclose user information to the relevant authorities if there is evidence of illegal activity involving the account.

Privacy and Data Protection

daddywin collects and processes users' personal information in accordance with the platform's separate Privacy Policy. Information collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, customer support and regulatory compliance.

• Users' personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
• daddywin uses SSL encryption and other technical security measures to protect user data.
• Users have the right to request access to their personal data or to request account deletion through official support channels.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

daddywin provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee a fully error-free service at all times.

• daddywin is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of a user's betting decisions.
• daddywin's maximum liability to any user will not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 30 days prior to the claim.
• daddywin bears no responsibility for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as third-party infrastructure failures or natural disasters.
• Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all decisions to play are made entirely at their own discretion.

Amendments to These Terms

daddywin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on this page with a clear update date.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.
